Service Description
Group training is a circuit style class where we combine multiple training principles from Strength training, Cardio, Endurance and Interval training. This is the perfect class to get a full body blast whilst working on cardiovascular fitness and learning to perform for a prolonged period of time. This is perfect for all levels of fitness due to sticking to one routine for 6 weeks, and having the ability to cater it to the individual through the use of different weights/ adaptations depending on your goals and abilities.
