Summer’s here, the sun is out (sometimes), and while we’re all loving a bit more freedom and fresh air, it’s also a time when our routines can slide a little. BBQs, weekends away, and kids off school can make it harder to get to the gym — but staying active doesn’t need to stop!
Whether you’re joining us in the studio or keeping things moving at home, there are loads of ways to stay fit this summer. Here are some of our favourite options - no excuses, just movement and fun!.

Walk It Out?
Never underestimate the power of a good walk. It’s free, low-impact, and a great way to clear your head whilst getting in some steps. Try:
Morning walk before the day
Lunchtime stroll to break up the work-from-home routine
Evening walk with a friend or podcast
Bonus tip: Add a few power walk intervals to raise your heart rate (think: 2 minutes fast, 2 minutes recovery).
Join a Class You Actually Enjoy!
We’re all about making movement fun — and our summer classes are designed to do just that. Whether you’re popping into the studio or recreating a version at home, here’s what’s on offer:
-Group PT
Our group training sessions offer a bit of everything — strength, cardio, and accountability. It’s perfect if you want that team feel while still focusing on your individual goals.
-Spin
A high-energy, music-driven ride that gets your heart pumping. It’s one of the fastest ways to improve cardio fitness and burn calories!
-Spin & Weights / Spin & Abs
These unique sessions are a real game-changer. You’ll do 4 minutes on the spin bike, then 4 minutes on the floor (alternating for the full 45 minutes). Whether we’re focusing on full-body strength or sculpting the core, these sessions are perfect for those who love variety and results.
Can’t make it in? Try this format at home with a skipping rope, stepper, or jog on the spot for the spin sections, and bodyweight circuits for the floor!

Your Simple Summer… At-Home Daily Workout
Short on time but still want to move your body each day? Try this mini full-body circuit — no equipment needed!
10-Minute Summer Starter:
Do each exercise for 40 seconds on / 20 seconds rest. Complete the full circuit twice:
Squats – Keep it bodyweight or add a jump for extra burn
Push-ups – Drop to knees if needed
Glute bridges – Squeeze at the top
Mountain climbers – Keep your core tight
Plank hold – Finish strong!
This quick burst of movement is perfect first thing in the morning, during a lunch break, or before your shower. Consistency is key — and this is your perfect no-excuse go-to.
Don’t forget…
Summer is for enjoying life — and staying fit should support that, not get in the way. Whether you’re sweating with us in the studio or squeezing in 10 minutes at home, you’re still showing up for yourself — and that’s what counts.
Need a bit of motivation? Come down for a class or drop us a message — we’re here to keep you moving all summer long.
